Job summary

Capstone Copper is seeking an Instrumentation Maintenance Technician for our Miami, AZ site. You will install, test, and service instrumentation across mine and processing environments, ensuring safe operation and accurate measurements.

The role requires 3+ years in production instrumentation, strong electrical fundamentals, and familiarity with OEM manuals. We offer a comprehensive rewards package and opportunities for career progression within Capstone Copper.

Qualifications

3+ years instrumentation maintenance experience in a production environment.
Solid understanding of electrical fundamentals.
Experience with OEM maintenance repair manuals.
Able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English.
Experience with predictive and preventative maintenance processes and practices.

Responsibilities

Set up, test and operate instruments and electronic devices used in mine and processing environments.
Troubleshoot instruments and devices, ensuring readings are accurate and well documented.
Test and calibrate instruments for heat, pressure, volume, particle size, flow rates, and pH factors.
Maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and test pneumatic, electric, electronic, and hydraulic instrumentation devices.
Advise operations and maintenance on status and known issues of equipment affecting production goals.
Take on additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
