Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Civil, Mining, Geomatics, Geology, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Must be able to travel or relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Field engineering, operation planning, cost control, project scheduling, quantity tracking, material procurement, contract administration, estimating & supervision of field activities.
• Perform engineering tasks requiring standard techniques and solving minor technical problems during construction.
• Maintain records on job progress, costs and material usage.
• Plan and schedule job segments and activities.
• Investigate problems and propose solutions as appropriate.
• Review plans and specs to determine material requirements and pricing.
• Coordinate with suppliers to facilitate delivery of materials.
