Qualifications

• 3 years in mechanical, electrical, planning, reliability, operations, mining, processing, metallurgy experience in a mining operational facility.
• Deep knowledge of mining equipment including crushers, conveyors, and mills.
• Ability to solve complex problems using data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize equipment strategies in ERP to improve reliability.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize risks to support business objectives.
• Lead root cause analysis to address critical maintenance and operational defects.
• Analyze equipment performance data for improvement opportunities.
