Qualifications

• 3+ years welding and fabrication experience, proficient in stick welding and torch cutting.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Basic electrical knowledge and understanding of basic physics principles.
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication on mining equipment and plant structures, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain mining equipment such as conveyors and crushers.
• Fabricate and repair supports, platforms, and equipment mounts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine fabrication requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel, operators, and engineers to prioritize repairs.
