• Currently enrolled in the Mining Engineering program at Virginia Tech.
• Previous internship experience in a mining operation.
• Surface aggregate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Productivity KPI data from Plants using the CAT VisionLink Productivity system.
• Collaborate with Plant Foreman to share results with Plant Teams.
• Develop cost-benefit models to understand impact of performance improvements.
• Assist in executing operational improvement projects in the pit and mobile equipment fleet.
