Pronto AI is seeking a Project Delivery & Management leader for on-site deployments across the United States and international locations. You will lead the field team, manage permitting, scheduling, safety compliance, and ensure the autonomous haulage system integrates with the mine's production cycle.
The role requires 15+ years mining experience, 5–10 years in leadership, a Mining Engineering degree, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

On‑Site Deployment: This is an on‑site role. During deployments, you will stay regional to the customer in local accommodations or in customer‑provided quarters.
Mining Schedule: Working schedules are based on mining rotations (e.g., x weeks on, y weeks off) rather than a standard office week.
Current Project Commitment: To complete the existing demo at Ma’aden, the successful candidate should expect to spend approximately 2 months remaining on‑site.
This is a field‑based role supporting operations across the United States and international locations. Atoms is a company driven by invention and continuous change—we are constantly reimagining our industries, building new products, and refining how we operate. This position requires travel across up to 75% of the time. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel and a highly mobile work environment.
The base salary range for this role is $81,000 - $102,000 per year.
Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance‑based bonus.
