Job summary

Lakeland Regional Health in Lakeland, FL seeks an experienced Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join a dedicated, physician-led practice. This role focuses on robotic and laparoscopic surgery, endometriosis and fibroid management, with a strong emphasis on surgical education and mentorship for advancing gynecologic skills.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified/board eligible through ABMS or AOA.
• Must have current Florida medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery including robotic and laparoscopic.
• Interest in surgical education and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimally invasive gynecologic surgical care including endometriosis and fibroid management.
• Collaborate with urogynecologist and physician assistants to support clinic and surgery.
• Maintain high standards for patient safety and outcomes.
• Mentor and educate surgical fellows and staff as part of a learning culture.

• Seeking an experienced minimally invasive gynecologist who is passionate about patient care and surgical education/mentorship, and who values the importance of preserving essential gynecologic surgical skills for future generations
• The ideal candidate will bring expertise in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery - both robotic and laparoscopic.
• Dedicated to surgical intervention of endometriosis and fibroid uterus.
• Joining established gynecologic specialty practice including board certified urogynecologist with three accomplished physician assistants to help support your clinic and surgical practice
• No obstetric care involved
• Minimal call for clinical coverage only
