Paylocity in Orlando/Tampa, Florida seeks a board-certified Gynecological Surgeon with MIGS fellowship to focus on endometriosis surgery. The role is part of a national pelvic health platform and collaborates with non-operative pelvic pain specialists and health coaches to deliver comprehensive care.

The successful candidate will join a leading endometriosis program with high income potential, robust benefits, and a fully digital onboarding process. Full-time schedule with no weekend calls.

Qualifications

• Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology required.
• Completion of MIGS fellowship (accredited or non-accredited).
• Active Florida medical license and DEA required.
• 3+ years of experience in gynecologic surgery and endometriosis care.

Responsibilities

• Perform gynecologic surgery with emphasis on endometriosis.
• Collaborate with pelvic pain specialists and health coaches for holistic care.
• Support PRM platform with a whole-body approach to endometriosis care.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain clinical excellence.

JOB TITLE: Gynecological Surgeon

LOCATION: Orlando/Tampa, Florida

SALARY: $325K - $375K + 150K+ Annual Bonus potential (uncapped)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Looking for a Gynecological Surgeon with a focus in Endometriosis Surgery
• Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) is a National Women's Healthcare Organization dedicated to taking care of pelvic pain and Endometriosis
• PRM is a National Leader in Endometriosis Care
• Surgeon will be supported by a team including non-operative Pelvic Pain Specialists who offer an office based procedural approach to Endometriosis Pain, as well as Integrative Nutrition/Health Coaching focused on Endometriosis Care
