Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to hotel guests by ensuring all minibars are stocked, clean, and operational.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests regarding minibar items promptly and courteously.
• Check and replenish minibars in guest rooms daily or as scheduled.
• Stock the mini-bar cart with the necessary items to maintain the par level on a daily basis.
• Maintain and complete daily worksheet of mini bar stock.
• Replenish mini bar items in rooms.
• Report any technical issues, such as non-functioning minibars, to the maintenance team.
• Ensure products in the Mini-Bar are not expired and follow the proper procedure to remove those products as necessary.
• Make daily purchase requisitions to maintain a healthy stock level of products in the warehouse.
• Complete, maintain, and track inventory in assigned storerooms.
• Follow all duties found in the refreshment center inspection/attendant evaluation checklist, including cleanliness of assigned mini-bars, ensuring menus are present, and inventory is complete.
• Display appropriate two-way radio etiquette at all times.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor.
• Complete safety training and certifications.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Hospitality-oriented.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems; Handheld POS is preferred.
• Knowledge in inventory, store requisition software, and reporting tools is preferred.
• Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess good communication skills in Spanish and English.
