Essential Duties

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Handle admissions rentals and cash register transactions.
• Explain course rules and provide basic instruction as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the course and surrounding area.
• Monitor course activity to ensure safety and flow of play.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor guest concerns.
• Restock supplies and report maintenance needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Previous experience in recreation, hospitality or customer service.
• A positive attitude and teamplayer mindset.
