Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking a Mini Excavator Operator to support the Foreman in completing projects safely, on time, and per customer quality specs. You will operate utility construction equipment and assist with field tasks, including installation and restoration work.

The role requires posting activity in the field with crews, material handling using company vehicles, and adherence to DOT regulations and safety standards. CDL-A is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience operating utility construction equipment.
• Experience with backhoes, trenchers, excavators, and comparable gear is valued.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with teammates and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Foreman to complete projects safely, on time, and to quality specifications.
• Use company vehicles to deliver and pick up materials and tools.
• Work in the field with crews to excavate, install devices, and perform restoration.
