Job summary

Sinacola, a 100% employee-owned company, invites you to join our team as a CAT 305E2 Excavator Operator. You will operate a CAT 305E2 excavator and tend related machinery to excavate and load materials on construction sites.

Duties include daily equipment inspections, reading and interpreting plans, following safety procedures, and coordinating with teammates to meet project goals. Candidates should have at least 2 years experience and a valid license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of excavator experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of excavation techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Operate heavy equipment for extended periods.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive motions.

Job Summary

The Excavator Operator operates or tends machinery equipped with scoops, shovels, or buckets, to excavate and load loose materials. Operates construction equipment, such as cranes, power shovels, scrapers, paving machines, motor graders, trench-digging machines, conveyors, bulldozers, dredges, pumps, compressors, and pneumatic tools.
