Job summary

Southeast Connections, LLC is seeking a skilled Mini-Excavator Operator to perform construction and maintenance work in the gas distribution and underground utilities sectors in Wilmington, NC. Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3 years prior operating experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record and the ability to obtain a CDL; gas construction experience, strong work ethic and willingness to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe, excavator, vibratory or static plows, trenchers or directional bore machines in installation, removal or maintenance of underground utilities and pipe.
• Load material or equipment for transport from yard to job site and secure as appropriate.
• Secure work site, equipment and materials at the end of each shift for public safety and equipment safety.
