Job summary

Sage Restaurant Group is seeking a 호텔 minibar attendant to manage in-room mini bars, maintain inventory, and ensure accurate guest folio charges. This role emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and timely restocking within a hotel environment.

The position requires a high school diploma, OLCC card, and is suitable for candidates with no prior experience; hospitality experience is a plus. Training provided. Full-time, on-site role in Florida.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; OLCC handlers card required.
• No prior experience required; hospitality experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and stock mini bars; post charges to guest folios.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper temperature of mini bars and refrigerators.
• Restock and rotate inventory; check for expiry items monthly.
• Clean and sanitize all minibar areas; ensure items are dust-free.
• Assist with general room duties as needed and report deficiencies.
