Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Full-Time Mini Bar Attendant to join our food & beverage team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Fortune 500 company and a luxury brand.

As the city's first true luxury hotel and the only Forbes-recommended hotel in Indiana, this 23-story hotel features 241 rooms, 15,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 3 dining outlets: The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

Shift: Typically 10AM to 5PM. Availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.

The Mini Bar Attendant's responsibilities include replenishing mini bars and managing inventory to ensure excellent guest service and profitability.

Classification: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $16 plus tips, with full benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Take inventory and restock mini bars using current systems and technology.
  • Verify product dating and prepare guest checks.
  • Inspect mini bars for functionality and cleanliness.
  • Stock and maintain the mini bar cart.
  • Assist with unloading and storing orders.
  • Dispose of trash, straighten the office, make keys, exchange glasses and utensils as needed.
  • Operate cart on guest floors, greet guests, and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
