Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with counts and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic math skills; comfortable using POS or inventory systems.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and pushing a stocked cart.
• Professional demeanor and respect for guest privacy.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock, restock, and rotate minibar items in guest rooms according to established par levels and standards.
• Accurately record minibar consumption and ensure charges are posted correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas and carts.
• Inspect minibar equipment for proper function and report maintenance issues.
• Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and expiration standards.
• Follow inventory controls and assist with periodic counts and audits.
• Uphold guest privacy, security, and service standards while working in occupied rooms.
• Communicate shortages, discrepancies, or guest-related concerns to leadership.
