Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with vocational maintenance training.
• At least 3 years of experience in steel fabrication and/or equipment repair.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform all required safety checks and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain and repair conveyor belts, pulleys, bearings, sand and fresh water pipes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and make repairs on mineral processing plant equipment.
• Maintain records of work performed.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure proper assembly and repair.
• Read and interpret blueprints and repair orders.
