Company Overview: Maven Royalty Partners ("MRP") is a leading mineral and royalty acquisitions company operating across the continental U.S. MRP has invested over $250 million in LA, TX, and NM, with plans to invest an additional $150 million through 2026. The company has the capital to close transactions independently, without relying on deal flipping or selling to third parties.

Role Description: The Agent will collaborate with the Maven team to identify mineral owners in specific areas, engage with them, and facilitate the acquisition of minerals and royalties. The role involves sourcing deals and closing transactions for Maven's own account.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Represent the company professionally as an independent purchasing/acquisition agent.
  2. Research and verify contact information for mineral owners in TX, LA, and NM.
  3. Contact mineral owners using leads provided by the company.
  4. Provide pricing guidance and negotiate transactions with sellers.
  5. Coordinate deal closings with the Maven team.
  6. Maintain and update the CRM database with all lead activity and negotiation status.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales, real estate, or oil and gas is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) or ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Comfort with cold calling and active outreach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and high motivation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage lead flow with integrity.
