Responsibilities

• Operate front-end wheel loaders and other equipment as needed to complete tasks.
• Maintain safety standards to ensure everyone goes home safely each day.
• Work with mechanics on fleet maintenance and repairs as required.
• Repair, redesign and build rock processing equipment; conveyors, screens and crushers as needed.
• Assist with site development, berms, grading, and general facility maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years operating front-end wheel loaders in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Embrace a team environment where all members contribute to the success of the operation

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills (English at minimum, Spanish is a plus)

Physical and Mental Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to frequently sit, crawl, climb, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift (50 lbs.). Working Environment

Up to 100% of time spent in manufacturing environments around industrial equipment. Up to 100% of time spent driving & operating mobile equipment. Outdoor weather conditions require attention to clothing layers and staying hydrated depending on season. Lannon Stone Products is a dynamic and ever-changing operation, requiring flexibility amongst our team members. Traveling between company sites is an essential part of the job; therefore, each team member needs to be able to reliably travel to be qualified for the position.
