Minimum Qualifications

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills (English at minimum, Spanish is a plus)

• 3+ years of fast‑paced front‑end loader experience preferred
• Must pass pre‑employment functional test, physical and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical and Mental Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to frequently sit, crawl, climb, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift (50 lbs.). Employee must understand issues, problems, and opportunities and make timely and sound decisions. Employee must take responsibility for decisions and understand the impact and implications of decisions and provide feedback as necessary.

Working Environment

Up to 100% of time spent in manufacturing environments around industrial equipment. Up to 100% of time spent driving and operating mobile equipment. Outdoor weather conditions require attention to clothing layers and staying hydrated depending on season.

Lannon Stone Products is a dynamic and ever‑changing operation, requiring flexibility amongst our team members. Traveling between company sites is an essential part of the job; therefore, each team member needs to be able to reliably travel to be qualified for the position.
