Lannon Stone Products is seeking skilled miners to operate front-end loaders and support our mining operations in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment in Sussex, Wisconsin.
Applicants should have 3+ years of fast‑paced loader experience, pass pre‑employment tests and a drug screen, and hold a valid driver’s license. The role involves multi‑site travel, equipment maintenance, and a strong commitment to safety.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to frequently sit, crawl, climb, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift (50 lbs.). Employee must understand issues, problems, and opportunities and make timely and sound decisions. Employee must take responsibility for decisions and understand the impact and implications of decisions and provide feedback as necessary.
Up to 100% of time spent in manufacturing environments around industrial equipment. Up to 100% of time spent driving and operating mobile equipment. Outdoor weather conditions require attention to clothing layers and staying hydrated depending on season.
