Job summary

Donlin Gold LLC is seeking an experienced Asset Management / Mine Site Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance strategies and reliability programs across the Donlin Gold Project in Alaska. This role drives asset lifecycle planning, spare parts programs, and work management to ensure operational readiness during development and future operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of maintenance, reliability, or asset management in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of RCM, preventive and predictive maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience leading maintenance programs and reliability initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop site-wide asset management and maintenance strategies.
• Establish preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Lead reliability engineering to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.
• Support CMMS implementation and maintenance budgeting.
• Develop maintenance workforce structures and contractor models.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, EPCM/EPC teams to ensure readiness.
