Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates in San Tan Valley, AZ seeks a Mine Foreman to oversee daily mining operations, lead a shift, ensure safe practices, and maintain production quality. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety initiatives.

You will supervise crew, monitor equipment, coordinate scheduling, and promote continuous improvement in a dynamic mining environment. This position is on-site at our San Tan Valley facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining preferred.
• Independent judgment and resourcefulness required.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to guide a team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and MSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement.
• Oversee safe operation of the crusher and wash plant.
• Lead and train employees; mentor and supervise crew.
• Manage daily pre-shift inspections and equipment checks.
• Ensure production quality, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Maintain effective communication across plant operations.
• Support maintenance and process optimization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
