Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with mobile and stationary equipment.
• Mining industry experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule repairs and preventive maintenance with operations.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to crew; ensure safe completion.
• Maintain documentation for maintenance, HR, safety and related systems.
• Review new products/services with vendors to improve efficiency and safety.
• Ensure hazardous waste handled per trainings and regulations; conduct inspections.
• Plan future projects with stakeholders to minimize production loss.
• Maintain EHS compliance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
