Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating 40-ton to 100-ton haul trucks
• Mining or heavy civil experience preferred
• Able to work 12-hour shifts
• Open to day and night shifts
• MSHA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Outdoor mining environment with exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and weather
• Physically demanding role with strong safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mine haul trucks in an active mining environment
• Transport materials efficiently to designated locations
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections of equipment
• Report mechanical issues, safety concerns, or unsafe conditions immediately
• Follow all site safety procedures, traffic patterns, and operational rules
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and other equipment operators
• Maintain productivity while operating equipment safely and responsibly
• Assist with other duties as needed to support site operations
