P&C Recruiting and HR is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop and implement schedules for mine maintenance activities, aligned with production goals. You will build and maintain accurate Plans/Work Scopes, ensure timely execution, and monitor KPI and cost performance.

The role requires strong CMMS/IFS experience, electrical systems knowledge, and a minimum of 4–5 years in maintenance planning, preferably in heavy industry or underground mining.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Planning or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CMRP certification preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a maintenance planning role.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance.
• Experience in manufacturing, utilities, or heavy industrial environments.
• Underground mining environment preferred.
• CMMS setup, use and maintenance required.
• Experience with IFS preferred.
• Maintenance/planning or scheduling experience with electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical equipment and maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for electrical maintenance.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies and data analysis tools.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement resource-levelled maintenance schedules.
• Manage and update detailed maintenance plans and short/long-term schedules.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor KPIs and maintenance costs; report variances to budget.
• Manage CMMS (IFS) and master data; maintain work orders.
• Prepare documentation related to plans and equipment records.
• Advise on maintenance strategies, training, and PM development.
• Assist budgeting for the maintenance department.
• Identify chronic issues with Reliability Engineer and RCA when needed.
• Perform data checks on data flows and material requests.
