Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in mining or related fields.
• Experience managing technical projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, environmental science, geology, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Consult on projects for Alaska and North American clients with some travel.
• Manage and execute technical studies, closure plans, reclamation plans, permit applications, cost estimates, and other project deliverables.
• Develop project scopes, work plans, schedules, budgets, and proposals and manage projects through successful completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, and other technical specialists.
• Conduct site inspections, technical evaluations, environmental audits, and due diligence reviews.
• Coordinate with mining clients, contractors, and state and federal regulatory agencies.
• Prepare technical reports, memoranda, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Support business development activities and contribute to maintaining and growing client relationships.
