Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking a Research Assistant to support an NIH-funded R01 study on mindfulness-based programs related to heart health. You will assist with recruitment, interview participants, and help coordinate data collection and analyses.

The role involves literature searches, preparing figures and tables, and providing administrative support for large research meetings within a collaborative, university-affiliated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the social sciences.
• Strong writing, editing and data organization skills.
• Experience with research recruitment and data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews with study participants.
• Support and track recruitment and data collection efforts.
• Assist with online group interventions; track attendance and troubleshoot tech.
• Perform literature searches and prepare bibliographies, tables and graphs.
• Provide general administrative support for large research meetings.
