Job summary

EXOS is hiring a Mindfulness Coach to provide Holistic Health and Fitness (HHF) support to Airmen assigned to the Contingency Response Wing (CRW). You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to improve cognitive resilience, focus, and decision-making under stress in a tactical setting.

You will develop tailored training, document performance, and contribute to the strategic goals of EXOS Readiness. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and a structured development path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology or counseling with NBCC accreditation for NCC.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience.
• Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation) or ability to obtain and maintain it.

• Provide an integrated holistic evaluation for CRW Airmen and facilitate mindfulness coaching.
• Develop individual and team-based solutions to improve focus, attention, emotional regulation, and decision-making under stress.
• Provide field-ready mental performance guidance to maintain operational performance during deployments.

Job Summary:Exos is hiring a Mindfulness Coach to provide Holistic Health and Fitness (HHF) support to Airmen assigned to the Contingency Response Wing (CRW). This is a great opportunity to gain valuable resume building experience in a tactical setting while working with Airmen to improve cognitive resilience, decision-making under stress, and fatigue management. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
