Qualifications

• Must have experience as an addiction recovery group facilitator.
• Lived experience or understanding of recovery is strongly preferred.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of individuals in various sobriety stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and seminars for groups in recovery from addictions.
• Support participants with motivational guidance.
• Coordinate DSRRP educational workshops and recovery meetings.

Skills

Experience as an addiction recovery meeting/group facilitator

Ability to work with individuals in various stages of sobriety

Proficiency in verbal and written communication

Demonstrated skills in supervision and guiding others in recovery

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in community or human services field

Tools

First Aid and CPR certification
