Job summary

ALO is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for ABQ Uptown to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, and educate customers about our community and culture. This role requires mobility in a fast-paced environment, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong teamwork with leadership to meet store goals.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year in client-centric sales, passion for service, and alignment with ALO’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in client-centric sales preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and experience delivering exceptional experiences.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading store initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Create an authentic, welcoming guest experience.
• Educate customers on products, community and culture.
• Build client relationships daily and foster repeat visits.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports and drive results.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and merchandising.

• Educate guests and staff on the ALO business model across Retail, Yoga, and Café.
• Utilize incentives and strategies to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; keep operations efficient.
