Qualifications

• Certification requirements: group fitness certifications and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work in uniform at least 15 minutes prior to shift to receive instructions.
• Deliver high-quality, appropriately challenging group exercise classes and foster a welcoming environment.
• Engage with members and participants to encourage interaction and support wellness goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe space and inspect equipment regularly; report issues promptly.
• Adhere to YMCA policies and promote the YMCA values (Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility).
