6 Degrees Search is seeking a MIM Operations Manager to lead day-to-day Metal Injection Molding production and act as the technical leader for MIM processes. The role bridges operations and engineering to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets.

The incumbent will own technical expertise, drive operational execution, and develop the team to support current and future growth, supervising experts including a Sr. Process Engineer and coordinating with the Metallurgist and customers.

Qualifications

• Should have technical degree or related.
• Strong expertise in MIM Processing (feedstock, molding, debinding, sintering).
• Should have some leadership skills of technical personnel.
• Understanding of metallurgical and materials principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day MIM production and serve as the technical leader for MIM processes.
• Bridge operations and engineering to meet quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
• Own technical expertise, execution, and team development to support growth.
• Oversee a team of technical experts including Sr. Process Engineer; partner with Metallurgist and customers.
