Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Real Estate, Data Analytics or related field with anticipated graduation June 2027.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, research, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including experience analyzing data and presenting findings.
• Interest in institutional investing, asset management, financial markets, real estate, or investment operations.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, issuer, security, portfolio, or transaction analysis to support investment decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models, portfolio analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, trade evaluation, due diligence, and investment operations.
• Prepare client-ready presentations, portfolio reviews, and market commentary for senior leaders.
• Monitor portfolios and data quality; communicate risks and opportunities to partners.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, research, trading, risk, and operations teams.
