Zero Studios in Milwaukee seeks a Studio Coordinator to oversee daily studio readiness, hospitality, and cross-team support across locations. You will ensure equipment availability, manage licenses, and partner with the Content and Production teams to keep spaces ready for shoots and client visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on studio or office coordination experience.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and written communication skills.
• Comfort with administering workplace technology and purchasing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and ready the Milwaukee studio daily to be welcoming and functional.
• Manage equipment inventory, setup, repair, and disposal with internal owners and vendors.
• Coordinate gear for shoots, deliveries, and post-shoot resets with Producers and Content team.
• Oversee software licenses, user access, renewals, and budgeting within guidelines.
• Lead small operational projects and document clear, usable processes.
