Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV in Milwaukee, WI. The role supports the Rental Division by performing diverse production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor.

Duties include loading/unloading trucks, staging materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work area to meet quality standards. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift and move materials, and adapt to daily changes as coverage is needed for vacations and absences.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.

• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Assist in loading or unloading of trucks.
• Prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality standards.
• Support other production tasks as needed to cover vacations or absences.
