Accelera in Milwaukee seeks a Production Maintenance Technician for first shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm). You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and perform preventive maintenance on waterjets, bridge saws, inline polishers, and CNC equipment to keep production running smoothly.

We require at least five years of hands-on machine repair or industrial maintenance experience; an associate degree or vocational training is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Five years of practical experience in machine repair or industrial maintenance.
• Experience diagnosing electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical failures.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.

Responsabilités

• Minimize production interruptions by quickly identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic malfunctions as they arise.
• Collaborate with production leadership and machine operators to monitor equipment health and schedule repairs in a way that supports our manufacturing goals.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety guidelines and lockout/tagout procedures during every service task.
• Track spare parts inventory and alert management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, such as checking calibrations, inspecting blades and belts, changing filters, and applying lubrication according to established logs.
