Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years equipment repair experience.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Proficiency reading schematics and diagnostic software.
• Strong electrical, hydraulic, and fuel system diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR (insurable record).
• Pass swab drug test (including marijuana screening).

Responsibilities

• Perform field service on construction equipment at customer sites and rental fleets.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, and fuel systems.
• Provide occasional shop support and coordinate with the team for parts and safety compliance.
