Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate or Mid-level Ground Systems Engineer for the MILSATCOM program in El Segundo, CA (or Seal Beach, CA). You will contribute to design trades, develop and integrate C2 software in an agile environment, and support ground system verification and testing with a strong mentorship culture.

Ideal candidates have systems engineering interest, MBSE experience, and excellent communication skills to work with government customers in a team-based setting.

Qualifications

• Requires active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (citizenship required).
• Bachelor of Science in an accredited engineering/tech field.
• 2+ years of related work or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with system integration, testing, or troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop and verify basic lifecycle balanced system of systems and solutions.
• Define system performance requirements and ensure interface compatibility.
• Perform analyses to optimize system architecture and reduce risk.
• Develop and document test plans, procedures and reports.
• Support requirements management, risk, issues and technology readiness assessments.
