Ford Motor Company is seeking Millwrights to support open positions across SE Michigan. The role offers a top hourly base rate of $44.765 with premiums for shifts, overtime and holidays.

Starting rate is $44.565 with increases after completing three consecutive months of employment. Applicants must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship or have 8 years of prior experience, or a combination of training and work experience equivalent to an apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship or have 8 years of experience.
• Experience in machine fabrication, installation and alignment, field machining, lifting and rigging, steel fabrication, conveyor systems, blue print reading and sketching.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks of the trade, including standing for long periods, working at heights and using tools.
• Interpret prints and alignments, operate vehicle/machinery on the shop floor, and assist in installation workflows.
• Maintain safety and quality standards, follow supervision instructions, and work in a team environment.
