Job summary

Bilfinger North America is seeking Millwrights in Tennessee to maintain and repair machinery and facilities, read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical systems, and pneumatics. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with craft apprenticeship, basic math skills, and the ability to work at heights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and completion of craft apprenticeship.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Must read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• NCCER certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safety is a priority; identify construction risks and report to supervisor.
• Maintain and repair machinery, equipment and facilities.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine work procedures.
• Troubleshoot hydraulics, electrical and pneumatics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and fabrication, welding, installation.
