Qualifications

• Five or more years of rotating equipment rebuilds experience preferred.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications.
• Trade school training preferred for skilled trades.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and good attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize manufacturer prints, disassembly/assembly manuals for equipment inspections and repairs.
• Reassemble rotating equipment per factory standards and clearances.
• Use micrometers, dial indicators, and feeler gauges for precise rebuilds.
• Document job workflow and results.
• Perform light machine work as required.
• Wire feed welding (preferred).
• Use basic hand tools and rigging equipment.
• Operate forklift and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Be willing to perform other duties as assigned.
