Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience in millwright activities in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read P&IDs, process flow diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• A NCCER certification is required. (maintenance or machinist preferred). Proof of certification prior to employment must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities as our highest priority.
• Monitor condition of rotating machinery using parameters such as vibration, temperature, pressures, flows and currents.
• Understand and assess daily operation of equipment including centrifuges, reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, conveyors, screw feeders, blowers and pumps; provide reliability improvements.
• Maintain equipment to design specifications; replace seals, packing; align rotating equipment using dial indicators and laser alignment tools.
• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance and troubleshoot problems; determine material needs and sequence of operations.
• Be familiar with SAP, RMP, warehouse parts management and MI procedures.
• Perform fabrication, assembly, disassembly and repair of vessels and equipment.
