Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking Traveling Millwright Installation Techs for new concrete batch plant installations. The position offers $40/hr with a per diem of $150/day, and expects 60+ hours per week for a 5-week jobsite period.

Responsibilities include installing, assembling, commissioning, startup testing, and verifying equipment operation. Candidates should have 3+ years in industrial equipment installation, welding/fabrication skills, and strong troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial equipment installation experience.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Knowledge of conveyor installation and batch plant/motor installation for pre-cast concrete plants.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, commission equipment and review mechanical drawings, controls, electrical and installation plans.
• Perform startup, testing and verify proper equipment operation.

Job Duties

• -Install, Assemble, and Commission. Work and takeoff of Mechanical Drawings, Controls, Electrical, and Installation Plans, and Start up.


• -Perform Start up, Testing, and verify proper Equipment Operation

Qualifications

• -Knowledge of Conveyor Installation, Batch Plant and Motor Installation for Pre-Cast Concrete Batch Plants.


• -Must have Welding and Fabrication Skills as well as Millwright Exp.


• -Strong Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills


• -Reliable Transportation.


• -3+ years of Industrial Equipment Installation a Must
