Job summary

Trillium Construction in Baltimore, MD is seeking Millwrights for a project starting ASAP. You will install a VLM Tornado, perform bolt-up work, equipment installation, and operate from scissor lifts on a 3–4 week assignment.

Daily schedule is 5 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Pay is $26 per hour with hotel per diem plus $50 for food each day. Candidates must pass pre-employment screenings and wear PPE at all times on site.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with significant physical labor throughout the workday.
• Able to work at heights and from scissor lifts for extended periods.
• Able to follow directions from foreman and work as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Install a VLM Tornado and perform bolt-up work.
• Perform equipment installation and site maintenance.
• Work from scissor lifts and on elevated platforms as required by the supervisor.
• Adhere to site safety rules and PPE requirements.

Job description

Trillium Construction is now seeking Millwrights for a project in Baltimore, MD starting ASAP!

Millwrights will be working at an IKEA installing a VLM Tornado (vertical lift machine), performing bolt-up work, equipment installation, working from scissor lifts, and other physical labor as directed by the site supervisor.

The duration of this project will be 3-4 weeks working 5 12s Monday-Friday. Pay for this position is $26/hr and per diem is hotel + $50 all 7 days.

• Candidates must be comfortable taking direction and following instructions from the foreman, working as part of a crew, and performing a significant amount of physical labor throughout the workday.
• Candidates must also be comfortable working at heights and from scissor lifts for extended periods of time.
• Candidates must supply all basic hand tools and wear standard PPE including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe boots, high vis, long pants, long sleeves, and harness.
• Candidates must pass all pre-employment screenings.
