Job summary

You’ll read technical drawings, document work, follow safety policies, and collaborate with maintenance and production teams to keep operations reliable and safe.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Proficient use of power and hand tools for millwright tasks.
• Willingness to follow safety rules, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Prior experience in lumber manufacturing is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair conveyors, saws, motors, gearboxes, and production machinery.
