The Superintendent role is responsible for coordinating activities related to construction projects on-site, ensuring work is completed ahead of schedule, within budget, and according to specifications. Responsibilities vary by client and project size.

Location & Travel Details

This is a traveling, project-based position, with up to 90% travel within the U.S. You’ll spend 8-18 months per project, with designated per diem, competitive salary, mobilization support, and one longer weekend every four weeks for time at home.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety policies and procedures
• Perform duties of a foreman
• Coordinate site activities and delegate tasks
• Manage subcontractors and client relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in heavy industrial construction

Physical Demands

• Work up to 12 hours in varying outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights with safety equipment
• Environmental adaptability and physical stamina

Hours and Benefits

Full-time, typically 50 hours/week, with competitive pay ($110,000 - $140,000), 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
