Job summary

Artazn LLC in Greeneville, TN seeks a Maintenance Indirect - Millwright/Mech. You will read detailed drawings, disassemble and assemble equipment, and install plumbing for gas, water, steam, and hydraulic lines.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, fabricating and welding parts, and relocating equipment. Lean and quality teams involvement and emergency response tasks may be required as directed.

Qualifications

• This position requires a High School diploma.
• Three to five years’ experience in industrial maintenance: hydraulics, pneumatics, millwright principles, pipe fitting and blueprint reading.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, schematics, prints, maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Read detailed drawings and specifications for building and industrial equipment.
• Disassemble and assemble for repairs using hand tools, tradesman's tools, and welding equipment.
• Install plumbing for gas, water, steam, and hydraulic lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment and document reports.
• Operate tools to grind, shape, fabricate, and alter equipment parts; weld and machine parts; relocate equipment as needed.
• Support lean and quality team concepts.
• Emergency response duties as directed and participate in assessment and repair of leaks.
