Job summary

Canfor is seeking a Millwright for our Iron Mountain Sawmill in El Dorado, AR. This permanent, full-time role offers a rotational schedule that may include weekend work and requires hands-on maintenance of pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems to keep production running at peak performance.

You will perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and request parts to complete repairs quickly, all while maintaining a strong safety posture

Qualifications

• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience using CMMS to schedule and document maintenance.
• Team-oriented with a sense of urgency.
