Job summary

Boise Cascade is seeking qualified candidates to join our maintenance team at our plywood mill in Oakdale, Louisiana. The role is for a Millwright / Machinist A, performing cutting, welding, machine alignment, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have two years of maintenance/millwright experience; wood products manufacturing experience is a plus. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a vocational/technical diploma in welding and machine

Responsibilities: Will work in a plywood mill as a Millwright / Machinist A. Candidate must have the ability to perform multi-task assignments within a fast-paced work environment to include cutting, welding, machine alignment, troubleshooting and other related tasks.

Basic Qualifications : Qualified candidate should have two years' maintenance / millwright experience with experience in wood products manufacturing a plus. Vocational or technical school diploma in welding and machine alignment/installation preferred. High school diploma or GED is required.
