Worley is seeking a General Foreperson to lead industrial construction and maintenance crews on site in Texas. You will provide the information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools, and equipment needed for crews to complete work safely and efficiently.

You will plan and schedule work, enforce safety programs, monitor paperwork and performance, and train employees while reporting to the supervisor. A minimum of 6 years' industry experience and supervisory exposure are required.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
• NCEER Certified Plus (Preferred).
• Supervisory experience (Preferred).

Position Summary

The General Foreperson must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work.
